Returns:At AADBI, we want you to shop with confidence. Our 30-day Return Policy makes it simple to return or exchange unused video surveillance equipment, security cameras, and accessories that don’t meet your expectations.
1. 30-Day Return WindowYou have
30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Whether you ordered a dome camera, bullet camera, NVR, or PoE switch, start your return within this period to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligible Products- Unused & Unopened: All items must be in original packaging, with seals intact.
- Complete Contents: Return cameras, mounts, power adapters, cables, manuals, and promotional bundles.
- Condition Check: We inspect returned security products for signs of use or missing parts. Items showing wear may incur a restocking fee or partial refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return- Contact Support: Email support@aadbi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive RMA: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- Ship Your Item: Pack securely, label the RMA on the outside, and ship within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
4. Shipping & Costs- Customer-Paid Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Trackable Service Recommended: Use a trackable carrier to avoid loss or damage in transit—AADBI is not liable for untracked returns.
5. Refunds & Exchanges- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Exchanges: To exchange for a different model or color, note your desired replacement in your return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. Any price difference will be billed or credited accordingly.
6. Defective or DOA ItemsIf your security camera or system arrives defective or “dead on arrival”:
- Notify Us Within 7 Days: Email support@aadbi.com with “DOA” in the subject.
- Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the defect and packaging.
- Free Replacement: Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement unit at no cost and cover return shipping.
7. Non-Returnable Items- Custom-Configured Systems: Tailored CCTV kits or software-licensed products.
- Clearance & Final Sale: Deeply discounted items, unless defective.
